Experience in Technology Research
Paralleling the rapid growth in technology, "high tech" research has
been one of our fastest growing areas of activity. We have been conducting studies
in the computer and information technology areas since the early 1960s. Our experience
runs the gamut from interviews with highly specialized publics (e.g. engineers, scientists,
top executives, purchasing agents and other specialists) to studies of end-users
and the broader consumer and business markets.
A number of studies in this area have been multi-national in scope. In recent
years we have done research in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy,
Japan, the Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
